If you wish to join PORTWIN's loyalty program (hereinafter "Home Card"), personal data will be requested on the enrollment form, as well as acceptance of the General Terms of the Home Card. The provision of your personal data is essential for you to enjoy all the benefits of the Home Card, that is, the processing is necessary for the execution of the contract, in the fields marked as “mandatory.” Personal data collected for this purpose will be retained for 2 years of inactivity.
2. Marketing or Telemarketing: PORTWIN may process the collected personal data to send the respective holder information about products and services it offers. This processing of personal data will be carried out solely with the express consent of the holder, granted notably at the time of enrollment through the form, or when subscribing to our newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications through email, mail, phone, and/or SMS. We may share the collected personal data with third parties that manage social networks, such as Facebook, for marketing campaigns through social networks.
